Memorandum of Wishes

Although the obvious assets such as property, money and investments will be covered in your Will, you may wish to make less formal arrangements to leave items such as jewellery, clothes or household items to friends and family members.

A Memorandum of Wishes, left with your Will, allows you to do this very thing in the simplest way.

Such a document does not become publicly available in the event of death in the way that a Will does, but it can be used to guide your executors on just about anything you wish.
